Internal Parks, playgrounds, Rani Bagh is also in vicinity

[[[Before the separation of East Pakistan in 1971 (now known as Bangladesh), there was no concept of ethnic segregation. After the fall of Dhaka, people who lived there were called Bengali. After the worst traditional demonstrations between different ethnic groups, Bengali, Kachi, Sindhi, Baloch, Multani, Oudd, Meo, Solangi, Jamali, etc. Inhibit this area. As a result of riots between Sindhis and Mohajirs in the 1980s, Sindhis settled in the area of Qasimabad, and Mohajirs dominated Latifabad. Latifabad got rebuilt in the era of Pervez Musharraf in which Latifabad was funded much. The land in Latifabad was further divided into sectors, sub-classifying it into numbered units.]]] This para is irrelevant

There are four units of HDA.
1-    Planning and development control (P&DC).
2-    Water supply and Sewerage project (WSSP).
3-    Housing Project (H.P.)
4-    Water and sanitation agency (W.S.A.).]]] NO need to mention HDA with such details, it has nothing to do with GOR.

There was a considerable number of criminal activities (who says? give figures, proof). After Rangers and Police taking charge of this area, they made it secure, and a decrease in the ratio of criminal activities was observed.
