Asghar Khoso
People call me Comedian

Isra Soomro
Profile MA Roll#23

Famous name of Sindh  Asghar Khoso, God has blessed him with multi-talent. An uneducated boy
from a poor background, who's father was just a clerk, took family responsibility after his father;s
demise, did a different type of labors to fulfill family requirements.
Born on 1 January 1975 in Johi village in Dadu district, is known for his unique style of comedy with a
mix of Sindhi and Urdu languages. Indeed he was born in a poor family with zero education but always
dreamed big. In the village, he asks people for the charity of Rs.2 to Rs.5 so he can organize stage shows, but that was not so easy, he told us "when I used to ask for charity to organizing the event people laugh on me and say, you were born to beg. These lines just break me but I never give up on my aims and move on ;. His hard work, struggle, and talent is not hidden from us in his case, it is very clear you get what you work for not what you wish for, he said: “ once I didn’t have such amount that I couldn't
arrange a stage for the show so I perform it on a disowned damage bus which was standing in the park”.
He use to entertain villagers at a wedding by performing an act but now his most famous song "
Hojamalo-Asghar Khoso version" is being played in every ceremony.
Sindhi famous and traditional song "Hojamalo" which itself has a history, Asghar Khoso has created his own version. Hojamalo-Asghar Khoso version is such a love I believe no one can resist dancing on it.
When we ask him about his music career, what amazes him to sing songs he said: "I believe in staying multi-talented personality, if I'm going to some event and going to perform just a comedy act, so how long it would take? Just 10 to 15 mints, so what about the remaining show and the most important part of the event is that I'm the only invited artist. So I have to cover the complete event, this is the main reason I start singing. I have a bad voice but still sing just to entertain the audience.
Life is not a fairy tale it is full of hurdles, his life not as funny as he is on stage, he said " once my mother was in hospital but I had to leave her there alone because of some commitment. My son is an asthma
patient, many times it happens likes I've to leave him in hospital and go for commitments because
commitments are important. It's not like my family is not important for me but whatever I'm doing, it ;s obviously for them and their future"
He is the one Who earned his reputation and name on his own, with the support of "social media".His melodies are not only well-known in Sindh but all over the country. Some of his melodies just like  ; Mere Rashke Qamar-funny version got 6.5M views on YouTube and got famous in neighbor state as well as".

In comparison to traditional media he chose social media whereas traditional media has a huge
platform, he told us "l have weighted complete day outside of channels and director offices instead of
giving me a chance they made fun of me but after 4 years of struggle Allah sent an Angel in the face of
the human being " late Mr. Ghulam Shabir Jamali", he was one who created my Facebook ID even
though I told him I'm uneducated but he didn't even listen to me once. He always wanted Khoso
becomes famous, I recorded my first video at his place. Mine that video went viral and then I created my

Facebook page, till now I have 98,000+ followers on Facebook page and 610k followers on YouTube,
even though I am honored with the Silver button".
He himself is not education but the aim of his life is to educate his sons "Adil Khoso ; and "Hasnain
Khoso", he has huge dreams for them and he has a strong believe that one day they would not be
recognized by sons of comedian but a comedian would be recognized by their names.
A comedian with such enormous fan following with no arrogance no attitude, love, and respect by fan.
One of his fan Mr. Rizwan Memon quoted " Allah has made this man so talented, as it is said talented
person is talented everywhere. I'm 100% sure his talent will shine like a moon in the sky full of stars".He
is loved by a lot of people, a lot of people wish and pray for him.
"My entire focus is on the gold button by YouTube" Asghar Khoso says.

SHAH RUKH KHAN ( A Source Of Inspiration )

It was the day of 15 th march 1994 when a little boy opened his eyes in the small city Sindh
named Hyderabad.
After that his name was kept “SHAH RUKH” by his parents. His name meaning is “A face like
king“ because “Shah mean KING and Rukh mean FACE” and he belongs to a Pathan family that
is why his last name is “KHAN”.
Childhood:
He was very funny and cute in his childhood. His eyes color is brown . When any body see him
say MA SHA ALLAH. He was not like other children. He was very special. Every body fall in love
with him because of his cuteness and sweetness. He faced lot of problems in his childhood
because he belongs to an average family but his parents said he was too much lucky by birth
because the day when he born his parents got money from somewhere which was spend in his
birth expenses.
Time to time he faced lot of accidents as a nightmare, he faced high temperature when he was
only six months, his two fingers cut when he was only three years old by water motor, at the
age of 10 he burn with hot water and at the age of 19 a snake bite him in his university but he is
really lucky who faced all these problems.
Education Career:
He was an average student in his whole life. He started his education from an ordinary school of
Hyderabad but in fifth standard his parents change his school because of low standards after
two years on the wish of his father he admitted in one of the biggest school of Hyderabad
which is “Public School Hyderabad”, During his studies he got position in one of the
International Level Competition and got certificate after the reaction of every person which was
connected by him he start to collect different certificates in various courses which still continue.
After Matriculation he continue his studies in same school for Intermediate. After passed both
level he got admission in one of the famous and oldest University of Pakistan which is

“University of Sindh, Jamshoro” in 2013 where he started his degree in Electronics n got lot of
achievement & Positions in his academic years in fact he produced Electricity with out any
source as a Final Year Project of University & got 1 st Position in whole department also his news

Scholarships for some certificates for one of the famous institute “SZABIST”.
Now he is doing his MBA from “University of Sindh, Jamshoro”
Career:
As aforementioned he belongs to the middle class family he started his career from the very
small age, he worked on some shoes stores but during his graduation he got one of the well-
known Internship of Pakistan which is in “Pakistan State Oil”.
After his graduation he got Internship in his own University later on he worked as a “Assistant
to Advisor to Vice Chancellor” he doing lot of major projects of his university under the
supervision of top management of his University and currently he served as a “Secretary to
Registrar” of his University.
Social Career:
This portion is the main reason why I choose him as my inspiration behind all these efforts
which I mentioned above he really worked with sincerity for the betterment of society.
Worked for society is not much easy as we think definitely everyone needs a platform for doing
something good for someone. As he decided to serve for society he started his social career
from the platform of “Youth Parliament of Pakistan”, in a very short time he was elected on the
seat of “Secretory of Information & Technology” by his skills and confidence.
After his tenure he left Youth Parliament and one local NGO which was registered under the
Society Act 1856 named “Society for Civilized Education & Multiple Services” and again in a very
short time he appointed as a “General Secretary” of that NGO.
Later on because of some problems he resigned from his post and started his own Network in
23 Districts 52 Cities of Sindh with having more than 2500+ registered members under the
supervision of various Provisional & Federal Ministries with having lots of Projects named “DO
IT”, which stands for “Discover Opportunities and Implement Them” having slogan with
“Make Possible” because he think nothing is impossible.

Social Activities:
From the starting I know you him very interesting & definitely he was involved in lot of Social
Activities but I mention her some of him major activities.
When he was on the designation in Youth Parliament Pakistan, Firstly he started his research
for his own technology work which I was mentioned above & after that he worked in the field
of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and got best project position in whole
Sindh with Certification and price money.
His major work for society is for development of education. He started some different & Unique
sessions for the betterment of student’s career even he compiled his own book which having
1000+ field in different categories for students later on he started entry preparation classes for
intermediate level students and the best part of his class that every single person of that class is
now in different Universities even I am also the part of that class and today I just submit my
assignment because of him, mean a class with 100% result & everything he is doing for
education is just free of cost.
Now, his own network worked in three different categories which Welfare, Education and
Business with lot of projects and these three thing is for every single person who is the part of
his network or not.
Currently in this epidemic situation his team work day and night from the very first day, they
distributed Rashaan, work with government authorities even though currently he sold “Biryani”
through home delivery service and with the profit of that business he fulfilled society problems.
Because his aim is “I want to served my life for those who want be able to Survive”

Asadullah Jaffer Malano ( A source of inspiration )

''Appearances make impressions but it is the personality that makes an impact.''
It was the day of 31st August 1996 when a little boy opened his eyes in the small city of Sindh named Shikarpur.

After that his name was kept ''Asadullah'' means ''The lion of God'' by his parents.
He was very naughty in his childhood just like other children and spent his childhood simply like others and from the earliest age he displayed a love of bodybuilding.

Then he started to go to the gym and transformed his body by the dint of hard work and it is not as easy as I have written but for sure he did struggles and and faced many difficulties and burnt midnight oil and finally his hard work paid off and he accomplished whatsoever he thought by getting the title of ''Mr Junior Shikarpur'', besides he completed his primary and secondary education from the Kehkashan School and higher education from C&S college Shikarpur.

He could do a lot in the field of bodybuilding if he wanted but his interest and mind diverted towards learning English then he skipped bodybuilding and started learning English and did M.A English, after getting expertise in English Language he thought that he should spread his knowledge to the people of Shikarpur and teach them English language, so he started his teaching career at Memorial School Shikarpur as a PG teacher then did teaching at different schools, colleges and universities.

Moreover he opened his institution for English language named ''I&BC Institute of bright future'' where he teaches English and also make students prepared for the HEC test for law and IBA entrance test, luckily I also joined that institute and could get a chance to meet a person like Sir Asad and learnt wholesome knowledge from him and improve creative writing and learnt essay writing and I also learnt that how to polish our talent and how to identify myself.

Further he decided to give CSS classes to the people of shikarpur at free of cost, He said: "There is majority of people in our city who is facing dire peverty despite they want to get education and want to attempt CSS but they can not afford so that's why I decided to teach English essay and English composition on weekends at free of cost that people can make the most of this oppertunity."

People want sunday for rest but Asadullah is restless and spends his weekends by providing quality education.

According to him teacher should be amicable that students can easily learn from him and while educating the minds of youth, we must not forget to educate their hearts.
Recently many students of his institute have passed HEC test of law and they said, "This credit goes to Sir Asadullah because if we have qualified it so its just because of his teaching, guidance and dedication, we pay bundle of thanks to him for everything.
Further he said," I don't want to be a CSS officer but I want to create CSS officers because teaching is the only profession that makes all the other professions'' but I will give attempt for CSS for the sake of my mother's wish.

In the age of only 23 he has become a source of inspiration and encouragement for the people and the role model for his students including me.

His message for his students is, ''Life starts when you start believing in yourself, so before anything else, start believing in yourself and the world will believe you.
We can hardly find persons who have become role model and inspiration for others in only 23 years of age so we should appreciate them and thank them for their dedication towards the batterment of our society.
''Things work out best for those who make the best of how things work out.''

Practical work carried under supervision of Sir Sohail Sangi, at Institute of Media & Communication Studies, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Sindh Pakistan

Visiting the Pakistan Air Force Museum, Karachi

Most karachi citie know about and have visited the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Museum that’s located conveniently on Shahrah-e-Faisal at least once, but if you’re new to Karachi, a trip to the Pakistan Air Force Museum is a must. Along with the Pakistan Maritime Museum on Karsaz, the PAF Museum is among the must-visit museums in Karachi. Let’s learn more about what’s you’ll get to witness when you spend a day at the Pakistan Air Force Museum with your family or friends.

ABOUT THE PAF MUSEUM

Pakistan’s Air Force plays a major role in keeping Pakistan protected and allowing us to enjoy nights after nights of peaceful sleep, and this museum is all about paying tribute to the new and old heroes that have laid down their lives for the nation. The museum also hosts a number of aircraft, some captured from the enemy, and others that are retired from service. These fighter planes are mainly on display in the open-air museum within the park, but some are protected within the hangar that serves as the Archives Gallery for the museum.
Located next to the PAF Base Faisal on the busiest road of the city, the Pakistan Air Force Museum was formally inaugurated on the 14th of August in 1997 by the then Air Cheif Marshall, Abbas Khattak, who was the Chief of the Air Staff at the time. The museum was then opened for the public in October of the same year. Around 30 aircraft are on display here, and more exhibits are added periodically to keep the museum updated. Historic photographs and paintings depicting the feats of the Pakistan Air Force also decorate the indoor galleries.

                              Dhak Bazar Shikarpur

''A people without the knowledge of their past history, origin and culture is like a tree without roots''
Shikarpur which was considered as the Paris of Sindh is not only famous for its pickle, sweets, qulfi falooda or seven gates but Dhak Bazar is also one of them, which adds beauty to Shikarpur city.
Dhak bazar is covered with a sagwan wooden roof, it was said to be the longest covered market in sub-continent in previous time.
Well ventilated roof of the market was built with teak wood (Sagwan) and it has been serving as a cool shade during the burning summer season of Shikarpur.
It is an architectural marvel, it is located in the center of the city, it is a long narrow street and it has shops on both sides, it originates from Lakhidar and ends at Stuart Ganj.
This market was built in the time of the Mughals by the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb in the 1780 to 1790.
The most interesting fact about this market is that it has a unique architectural design of crisscross ceiling.
This market is always crowded with narrow passages so that is why it is built to allow light and wind to pass through it and the wooden framework protects this market from rain and never let enter rain water in the market and there were fire hydrants that were being used in washing the market but now a days they are out of order.
It was a street almost bisecting the city about 800 yards long and ramifying on either side, it is a long passage darkened and guarded against the sun by mats resting upon chevron-shaped beams which spring from the house tops on either side , we find none the long acre speciality which, throughout the east.
Shikarpur along with other contemporary cities like Bukhara, Samarkand and Istanbul had a covered street market at that time and in present time there is also Qenchi market in Matiari that is also covered with scissor like wooden ceiling and it is very much identical to the historic Dhak bazar of Shikarpur.
Dhak bazar has a large capacity to satisfy the local buyers, there are hundreds of diverse markets at this place which is being crowded throughout the day with buying and selling going on almost all day round from all sorts of clothing, bangles, shoes, crockery, cosmetics, jewellery, household material, grocery, electronics, sports goods, handicrafts, dry fruits, fruits, vegetables, dairy products and pickle etc.
Dhak bazar lined with shops mostly run by Hindus in previous time but currently people of different castes run these shops.
In previous time there was a person named Tara Singh Jawahri whose shop was very famous because he had precious stones, pearls and diamonds in his shop for selling such as Ruby, stones, Yellow Saphire, Gemstone, Brazilian Emerald green stone, African diamonds and Red Coral stones were available in his shop.
Shikarpuris are also the pioneers of the financial instrument called ''Hundi'', which was acceptable in different parts of the world and was considered as good as gold. Shikarpuris brought all their earnings to their town and that is why bankers of different parts of the world had commercial relations with the market.
Shikarpur was the centre for trading hub and was the greatest commercial city just because of its strategic location, it was very famous for trade of clothes in the world as Shikarpur had big and famous market which was one of the four famous markets of the world so that is why merchants from different parts of the world used to come here for trading...
Moreover according to Professor Badarudin Ujjan: During British rule fire incident happened in Dhak bazaar that was initiated from Meena bazaar and spread so quickly that it was engulfed a vast area of roof, then our ancestors Ujjans residents of that area and few more people with the help of their own behalf extinguished and quenched on fire, then British government present keys of shops infront of those people including Ujjans and asked them to pick key of any shop as reward but they did not accept it and set an example by returning back those keys and after this act British government gave 5 rupee as reward to them , this incident is not present in history but it should be written on golden pages of history, however this was the reason that they disconnected the wooden roof to control on fire and that is why it has decreased in length.
Before partition of sub-continent this market was on exalting position but currently due to carelessness many parts of the roof have broken and wood has stolen that is why it has lost its beauty and now a days the market which was covered with roof to serve as a cool shade during the hot and burning summer days it is now on the verge of most unfortunate of time , it has been rendered and on the brink of deterioration, it has been suffocated , shopkeepers and people who come to market for shopping , trading and visiting complain about this thing and hue and cry situation has been created due to narrow passage and mismanagement of shops goods and mostly shopkeepers complains that they are in trouble, they face difficulty it has been very difficult for them to sit in the shops during boiling days of summer and in result it causes dehydration.
Visiting Dhak bazar itself is a unique experience for visitors and Shikarpur being the greatest commercial city in Sindh must be provided proper attention, it is very important to maintain these famous and antique places because they have historical and cultural significance and economic value.
I am talking about something that cannot be bought, it is our heritage, and it needs to be preserved for community, government should take some steps to protect it.
''A concerted effort effort to preserve our heritage is a vital link to our cultural, educational, aesthetic, inspirational and economic legacies, all of the things that quite literally make us who we are''
