“INTRODUCTIO”

 He was born in 19-3-1991 in hyderabad Sindh .

Raza Muhammad Memon has been working as an Assistant Director , Social Welfare Department , Govt of Sindh at Taluka City Hyderabad He is not only Focal Person Women Harasment Cell by Ombudsman sindh for Social Welfare Department district  Hyderab ad but also Secetary Health Welfare Committee Liaquat University  Hopsital (LUH) Hyderabad and liaquat University Medical Sciences (LUMS)Jamshoro . In addition to it ,he is also member for Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Committee for Medical Fund for needy People .

                   Raza Muhammad Completed his early education till intermidate in Hyderabad. After completing HSC(Pre- Engineering ), he did his B.S.C Mathematics from University of sindh Jamshoro in first divison and later on did his M.A in Sociology from same university in 2012.

                     He continued his education and did his 2^nd Masters from Quaid –e-Azam University Islamabad by getting 3^rd position in National Institute of Pakistan Studies in all four semester .In addition to Studies , he has been teaching as an English Language teacher since 2008 to date . Currently, he has been teaching and holding seat of vice principal at student Link English Institute Hyderabad .

                 I have computer literacy. In fact , I got certification of “Data Entry Computer Operator from SZABIST Hyderabad in 2010.In addition , I have also certification of Drawing . I appeared in “Inter Grade Drawing Examination”In 2005 and qualified for Drawing Certified Teacher.I am also eligible to be a drawing teacher with 1^st Division appearing in 6 papers of Drawing .

                  I have got Diploma of English Language from Stream Line English Institute and at same institute.I started teaching from 2008 to onwards.

                I have attended so many but few of them were very informative.

1.Khudi Festival of ideas training for three days from 25^th to 27^th October 2013 in Lahore.

2.Centre of Peace and Civil Society Training for 6 months in Hyderabad

3.Comman Wealth Training at Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Affaris in Islamabad on 10^th March 2014.

4.Kashmir Committee Training in Islamabad

Iam firmed in my decision regradless of number of times I decided to look at other careers, but I still find myself drawn back to the field of social Work .I am certainly attracted to teaching as well. I love teaching English .I always wish to learn in a an environment of growth & excellence, which would provide me Satisfication , Self development and help me achieve My targets .My priority and emphasis remains on learning new thing from environment by exchanging and sharing experience of seniors.I had always wanted to update myself about new environments in management and Mobilization & to obtain tasks that allowed me to utilize my skills and offer opportunties for professional growth and advancement .

                      According to Raza Muhammad Memon his priority always  remained to learning new things and to strive for excellence ; to live in such environment that enchances my knowledge with always making struggle to achieve What I aim”.

        Besides , his brilliance in accademic, Raza has acquired  a good name and respect in the field of English language by teaching english in different institutes for years .In this regard ,Raza Muhammad memon has been awarded with pride of performace for rendering dedciated services for the students and as , best teacher of the year by Stream Line English Language Institute in 2016.

                             Raza Muhammad memon has been awarded many times on taking differnet positions .He received his first award when he was in class 6 . He got BazmiSathi, award for breaking  last achieved highest marks in history of Noor Muhammad High School , the best Comapre of the year.

                   Raza Muhammad memon has proved that everthing can be achieved with hard working .

Copy Culture

Somebody has said very realistically that if a nation is to be destroyed  then destroy this nation’s  education .That nation will be destroyed by itself .one of the important aspects behind the destruction of education in Sindh is the duplication of  the exams .

           The origin of copy culture in Sindh dates from the time of General Ziaul Haq. It is said that some conspiracy elements first laid the foundation for replication in the schools of the major cities of Sindh Sitting witnesses we can say that those elements .have succeeded in their purpose as the culture of replication has been going on for the last forty years.

                   Nowadays, the culture of transcription has become so common that its images have become the embodiment of social media and these images have been the focus of debate .

        As the season of Secondary and higher secondary examination takes place in Sindh , students are rushing to book houses .New guides are on the market as well as photocopying machines are inspected .but there is no problem during photocopying  And find these cartidges easily accessible to schools I remember the moment when I was taking the board exams . my mum phoned our college vice ,principle and asked me to make a good copy .She was a very good mum to my mum .Well I remember that moment .

       Ashamed to this day , I can not do it . this is not just my story .It is the story of almost every student of Sindh .

               Almost every young copyist of Sindh goes through this curse of culture and is subsequently ,embarrassed by it but regrettably ,despite all this , no one raises a strong voice against  It, no one invades .Kind regrets ,sorry .

  A few days ago in dadu , I met a student who was going to give a paper early when I asked him : How are the papers doing brother ? So I was relieved to hear that this copy system is going exactly the same way .He said that our teachers duplicate themselves so there is no problem It’s just a moment that goes away .

       He goes on to say that even though the school administration has banned bringing mobiles , we still carry mobiles .We take photos of the paper through the Whatapp and after a few mintues , the issue of outside papers begins to appear .

     Then I heard them ask , do teachers nowdays give all solved papers from inside ? so he said no they don’t give it to everyone they just give to their favourite students if they give everyone the  solved papers then why would anyone need help from outside I was very suripsed. And the laughter started coming .

Let me tell you that these teachers make copies because we do not have their appointment here on the basis of merit , they have to make copies to save  their honor so that more students can succeed and with the. may they also avoid accountability themselves .

   Private schools are also one of the major reasons behind the overcrowding of copy culture in our society . large schools are transmitting more and more copies to their students so that their students are successful in getting good numbers .different educational boards buy positions by giving money but everyone can find out what school or college student the first and third position came from, and the less understanding parents are  having their children enroll in these colleges .It not only advertises these educational institutions but also enhances their business .
